Murree Chair Lift Horrible Accident 10 Killed

Initial reports are showing that a lift has fallen in a local hotel hotel in Murree near the the Banwai area killing 10 tourist and injuring two. Reports suggest that the lift in discussion had been formed by local residents themselves for transportation purposes. The injured are being rushed to Holy Family Hospital as authorities rush to the scene.

MURREE: At least 10 people died and two were injured as a chairlift they were riding broke away from the wires and fell at Charra Pani in the Galiyat region of northern Pakistan on Thursday, rescue sources said.
The injured were taken to Holy Family Hospital in Rawalpindi, rescue sources said, adding that the 10 deceased had died on the spot. 
"There was a strong wind which led to the chairlift breaking and falling,” an eyewitness, Omair, told Geo News.
According to reports, the ill-fated chairlift had been set up by the locals themselves. 

PM expresses grief over loss of lives

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif expressed grief over loss of precious lives in the chairlift incident at Charra Pani and directed concerned authorities for immediate medical aid to the injured.
